This life.., this short physical existence is made up of a combination of both uplifting and sometimes vexing experiences. Try to define yourself by the way in which you view and respond to each of your personal experiences as they arise. Doing so should provide you with an enlightened baseline for how to respond, if necessary, when touched by the up, down, positive or negative experiences created by others in your circles.
