Former FIFA face jumps ship to the competition.
Gareth Bale - Welsh hero, Real Madrid star and former cover-man of EA's FIFA series - will adorn the cover of PES 2016's licensed Euro 2016 spin-off.
In what has to be seen as a bit of a coup for footballing minnows Konami, Bale as face of Euro 2016 will also tie in with his availability in the game itself, with those purchasing UEFA Euro 2016 getting the chance to bag Bale for their MyClub... club.
Additionally, anyone picking up the physical, boxed release of UEFA Euro 2016 bags a few MyClub rewards - a special agent, seven great players from the Euros and 10,000GP (in-game currency) each week for 10 weeks.
Those who already own PES 2016 will be getting the Euro 2016 content added on for free, automatically downloaded and slapped right there on the main menu. Meanwhile, anybody picking up UEFA Euro 2016 as a standalone package - be that digitally or physically - gets the full version of PES 2016 alongside the Euro content. As you'd expect.
The downloaded add-on will be released March 24 for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC, while the full physical package hits on April 21 on PS4 and PS3 only.
