Steven Moffat  has teased big changes in  Doctor Who 's eighth series. The show's head writer spoke about Peter Capaldi's casting at  Hay Festival , saying that the new Doctor will bring about the show's biggest changes since 2005. © BBC / Adrian Rogers Steven Moffat says the new series of Doctor Who will be "surprising again" He said: "We haven't made much of change to  Doctor Who  since it came back in 2005. It's been the same show. It's maybe amped some things up and lowered some other things, but it's basically the same. "I just felt it needs to be a bit more different now. It's needs to be surprising again!" he said of his decision to cast an older actor. Everything that comes to us, comes to pass or, more accurately, for us to pass on. Not just the money in our pocket, but wisdom, objects, ideas, even opportunities, all come to us, so that, at the right moment, we can pass them on. This is called flow. Being in the flow means being aware that the river of life is flowing to us at every moment. Being in the flow means accepting whatever comes and putting it to good use, before passing it on. Going with the flow means allowing whatever comes to move on freely, without holding on in any way. If we do not pass on, we are trying to block the flow, and that's when we feel pressure in our life. Pressure is always self-inflicted. Every time you feel 'under pressure' look at what you need to release and to pass on to someone else. Once you do you can ...relax...again.

Free yourself from forcing, expecting or wanting someone to receive what you think they should take - it could be your idea, opinion, or an opportunity you think they should accept - you can't make anyone take anything - your own experience probably confirms this. Offer humbly. Offer gently. Offer as if you are a master, and then let go, and retire like a shy child. When you can dance the dance between being master and child, you'll be surprised how much more others will accept what you have to say, and how much more they appreciate your offerings.

We are normally kind to people who are kind to us. But when someone is not behaving well, we tend to change our attitude, response and behaviour toward that person. We wait for the other person to change before changing ourselves. So we do not find change in others nor in ourselves. When I see others’ inner qualities I connect to them more easily. I will not be dependent on another person’s behaviour for my own growth today. I will see each person’s positive aspects and take them within myself. In this way I will become richer with each interaction.

Coronation Street  charmer Rob Donovan has been revealed as Tina McIntyre's killer in a dramatic episode of the soap. Rob, played by  Marc Baylis , was responsible for Tina falling from the balcony at the top of the builder's yard as a huge row between them ended in tragedy. A furious Rob was arguing with Tina as she had threatened to reveal the truth about her affair with Peter Barlow, as well as Rob's own dodgy business dealings with fiancée Tracy. Apple  is reportedly planning to introduce smart home software to the iPhone, enabling users to control household objects such as lighting and security systems. According to the  Financial Times , the company could reveal its latest technology at its Worldwide Developers Conference on June 2. Apple is said to be working with a number of third-party smart product makers, who would be certified to connect with the iPhone. The software could be used on board an array of household appliances, and may even switch the lights on automatically when a paired handset is detected at the front door. Smart home technology is a growing sector, which competitors such as Google have already invested in. Earlier this year, the Android developer acquired smart thermostat and smoke alarm maker  Nest for $3.2 billion (£1.95bn) . Coronation Street  has confirmed that Tracy Barlow is not Tina McIntyre's killer.  A quiz was recently posted on the ITV soap's website entitled,  'Can you eliminate a suspect?' . A 100% score leads to  Kate Ford 's Tracy - one of the four official suspects - being eliminated from the search for Tina's killer. It means that Peter Barlow, Carla Barlow and Rob Donovan are the three remaining suspects in the case. Tina's time on the cobbles comes to a tragic conclusion when one of the local residents  pushes her from the balcony at the top of the builders' yard in tomorrow's (May 27) episode . After being left critically injured, Tina is rushed to hospital. She clings on to life for a few days before finally passing away on Monday, June 2.

When someone disbelieves us, we usually argue back and try to prove our point. Yet we find that the more we talk, the less people listen. Unable to convince them, we end up frustrated. Instead, when someone challenges the truth of my words, I should think about whether they might be right. Rather than stubbornly clinging to my point of view, I could embrace this as an opportunity to learn. Even if I am correct in my thinking, if I become able to understand someone else's point of view without getting angry or refusing to listen, I become tolerant.

When faced with problems it can seem difficult to maintain inner cheer, the mind gets caught up with more and more negativity, fear or worry. Because of this, the problem seems bigger than it is and we lose the ability to find solutions and work constructively. The first step I need to take when I recognise a problem is to smile to myself. When I make sure I am happy within, I know that every situation will pass and has something to teach me. Then I will find solutions come more quickly and easily.

Ebay has asked users to change their passwords following a cyberattack that compromised one of its databases. The auction site said that the database contained encrypted passwords and other non-financial information. The US firm added that it had no evidence of there being unauthorised activity on its members' accounts. However, it said that changing the passwords was "best practice and will help enhance security for eBay users".

The government says mobile phone use should be limited under the age of 16 A major investigation into whether mobile phones and other wireless technologies affect children's mental development is getting under way. The study - funded by the government and industry - will track 2,500 11- and 12-year-olds from September. It will look at their cognitive ability - thinking skills, memory and attention - and then repeat the tests in 2017. The researchers say "very little" is known about what impact these technologies have on children. The World Health Organization has said research in this area is of the "highest priority". More than 160 secondary schools in the outer London area will receive invitations to enrol pupils into the study. Much of the research into mobile phone use has focused on adults and in particular, the risk of brain cancer. No evidence of harm has been established to date. Smokers who use e-cigarettes to quit are more likely to succeed than those who use willpower alone or buy nicotine replacement therapies, such as patches or gum, a study suggests. The survey of nearly 6,000 smokers found a fifth had quit with the aid of e-cigarettes. That was 60% higher than those who did not use the devices, the study said. The University College London team said they were "cautiously positive" about the role e-cigarettes could play. E-cigarette use has shot up in recent years. Action on Smoking and Health estimate there are more than 2m people using them - triple the number from two years ago. Half of current or ex-smokers have not tried them compared to 8% in 2010. Users experience the sensation of smoking by inhaling a vapour which contains a concentration of nicotine. But they remain controversial. World Cup-winning former England fly-half Jonny Wilkinson will retire from rugby at the end of the season. Wilkinson made 91 appearances for England and kicked the drop-goal that won the  2003 World Cup. The final two games of the 34-year-old Toulon player's career will be Saturday's Heineken Cup final against Saracens and the French Top 14 final against Castres the following weekend. "I'd like to focus all my energy on the team and the final two games," he said. "It goes without saying that I have an enormous number of people to thank for their support from all around the world but especially here in France and in England. Louis van Gaal has been named as Manchester United manager, with Ryan Giggs as his assistant. Van Gaal, 62, has signed a three-year contract to succeed David Moyes.
