My decisions, or lack of decisions, determine the reality of my life’ – If we do not take responsibility for how we live, life will feel unfair and oppressive. Making a decision not to live like this anymore is to realize that, at last, we can choose our life’s direction – and this brings a feeling of empowerment.

A caged bird has the ability to fly, but is unable to spread its wings and soar. I need to remind myself that being enthusiastic in all situations is like being a free bird reaching great heights. When I experience this inner freedom and appreciate the joy it brings, I will be able to sustain it even when things go wrong. To be enthusiastic is to be free.

Following the official unveiling of the new Premier League logo in February, the league unveiled the final designs of the new Premier League sleeve patches, both the regular and the champions' edition. 2016-17 PREMIER LEAGUE SLEEVE PATCH This image shows the new Premier League sleeve badge. The new Premier League sleeve patch features a round shape with a purple border that increases in size around the shape. Another subtle detail is the addition of the zig-zag pattern that forms part of the overall visual identity of the Premier League from 2016-17 onwards. For the champions variant, set to be worn by Leicester City as winners of the 2015-16 Premier League, a gold color is once again chosen. Casualty  has revealed that a huge stunt will rock the hospital in the show's special 30th anniversary episode. Cast and crew have filmed a feature-length film-style episode which hits our screens this August, as the BBC One medical drama celebrates 30 years on the air in style. While we're used to seeing the Emergency Department dealing with disasters in the surrounding area,  Casualty 's anniversary will feature a "dramatic and shocking stunt" that hits the very heart of the hospital. Little more is known about the incident itself at the moment, but fans can expect to see key characters in peril and well-loved faces from the past return. In line with its  new visual identity , the English Football League will introduce a new font for player names and numbers, as well as redesigned sleeve patches from next season. 2016-2017 FOOTBALL LEAGUE FONT A more modern approach, the new Football League name and numbers font comes without an outline, unlike its predecessor and the font used in the Premier League. The EFL logo is present at the bottom of the numbers, while  Prostate Cancer UK  logo remains at the top. See every circumstance and situation (particularly those that challenge you) as a tailor-made lesson in your personal plan for self-development. For example, in a situation where hurtful or angry words were exchanged, why not see it as the chance either to perceive things about your own character which need changing or to rehearse some virtue or quality that you need to put into practice more often? Actually we should be grateful for the opportunity to evaluate ourselves. In this way you can transform anything into a constructive lesson. Never think that you’ve learned enough and now can stop. You should love it when people try to correct you or give you advice. It keeps you alert and give you plenty of opportunity to put your truth into practice. It’s a sign of great danger to be unable to accept criticism and instead use your understanding to criticise others. Realise deeply the significance of every moment.

The main quality of a hero is courage – not a reckless bravado, full of impulse and ambition. But a quiet, introspective courage. In that quietness, the hero is able to discern and then decide on a particular course of action. He might see that it is better to let go of another person’s past rather than hold it against them or constantly remind them of it. With humility and courage the past is forgiven; the hero completely lets go. Only heroes can do such things.

Your thoughts guide you to your destiny. If you always think the same you will always get to the same place. Think in a new way and you will be a new person. Give happiness to all and you will live in peace. Create peace in your mind and you will create a world of peace around you.

The most important places to keep clean and tidy are my mind and heart. If I allow thoughts to flourish that I wouldn’t want to see the light of day, I can never have any real self-respect. By starting each day in quiet reflection and pouring positive, loving thoughts into my mind, I gradually clean out cynicism and unkindness.
